DDR MBA medic helmet

Got this in the late 1980s in Germany. Wondering if it's NVA medic, Red Cross, or? Marked 71 07 II. Pads are dry.

Maybe NVA, MdI, MfS or Militia, Red Cross used Plastic Helmets.

I think it´s most probably MdI (Kampfgruppen, ZV).

In the ZV (Civil Defense) the Medics came under Red Cross control and they used orange Work Helmets with Red Cross Decal on the front.
Somewhere I still have a, sadly broken one what came from the Medics Squad of the Civil Defense Team at the MAH (Ministry of foreign Economies).
The CD had white fibreglass Work Helmets with a ZV decal or sometimes Cardboard Print on the front.
In the Militia (Kampfgruppen) Rooms I found Steelhelmets but not in the CD Storage.
So it's possible that these Helmets were used in the Militia.

I got one M56 with a medic sticker on the front that is said to have been found in a ZV storage. Don´t know if it´s true... But I think the the ZV also used steel helmets as it´s pictured in period publications.

Would be worth to see it.
I was in several CD Storages and never got a single Steel Helmet, but nothing is impossible.
