Can someone explain the DDR uniform sizing?

I have a female mannequin I picked up last month that I'd like to make up into something DDR related. It has roughly a 32-34" chest about a 26" waist and about 5'7" tall. What size womens DDR uniforms would I need to fit this?

From what I've been told, they vary greatly based on what year they were made, and who made them, but based on my research I'm thinking a 36?
