    KOMSTITCH is already showing an interest in the Field Dress of the "Friends" de-bussing from it..... Red Shoulder Straps ..... if they are meant to be Motor Rifles?... I just heard a Holster flap being undone.

      Got to play with a real one in Israel!

      Seems that some folks just left a whole mess of them in Lebanon

      The thing drives a bit like an overloaded pick up truck, wish I could get one in the USA.

        It is based on the mechanics of a Gaz 63 truck, and there is one in the USA already: our dear member Tascabe has it.

            Oh yes. Quite a bit...

            These -I think- are Bereitschaftpolizei. And if you search on youtube for the 13th of August parade which was traditionally a KG one, you will see more of these even down to the very end. I think obsolete equipment was handed down to lesser organizations. It is rarer (but not impossible) to find photographs of Spw40 in NVA service, as they were substituted by amphibious vehicles during the course of the 1960s
