unknown khaki Jacket

a friend showed me this jacket today and we couldnt find out what it is.
any Ideas?
Panzer?Pilot?german?russian?

Looks like a circa 1960's civilian work jacket to me.

I would say that it is some kind of Telogroyka. The East Germans certainly had something similar in the KVP days but I have never seen one in the flesh to make a comparison. That first aid pouch on the inside of the front fly looks very German to me. Did the Russian Telogroyka have it too?

My friend got this Jacket together with 2 Flecktarn and 1 khaki Zeltbahn.
He also gets the Trousers to this jackets in a couple of days...maybe the trousers have a stamp..the jacket has no stamps inside.

Is there anything on the back of the buttons? We have identified other unknown jackets this way in the past.
