David H. commented dark collar tunics were produced all the way up to and through 79.

    I have a "Wooly" Tunic dated 79.

Regulations and fact do have a nasty habit of clashing!!!
There is plenty of evidence, both physical and photographic, of dark collar OR's GT tunics being worn with cufftitles and most of the ones I've seen have been factory applied. Don't forget the initial issue of the new open collar tunics were destined as parade wear and even this took along time to filter through to everyone, which is why you will find dc's with cufftitle and cuff litzen. The good old dc's were made until at least 1979 for service wear and soldiered on being worn into the 1980's.

The tunic in question is fine and the basic detective work for dating it has already been done, has it ever had cuff litzen though? which have evr been removed?

David, what exactly do you mean with cuff litzen? A cuff title / Ärmelband? I can't see any sign of something removed.

Cuff patches, armelpatten, cuff bars the pretty silver things that go at the end of the sleeves for parade or walking out....

Ok, I see. No, no traces of such.
