NVA shoes ?

Hello all! The seller of these shoes, has told that it is NVA, his brother served in DDR and get it there... But he has told that there were also Czechs...
So, i can't find any letter-stamps and I thinking about brown color (I saw only black shoes in NVA)
Under insoles I have found number 666 27
Help, please, to understand, whose this shoes:

not sure what those boots are, but as Gordon already pointed out, they are certainly not NVA. Cheers, Torsten.
