    J.R BECHER MEDAILLE to a General

    hello,bought a J.R Becher medaille with award from Hans Ziems.
    Bought it because there's a NVA general with this name.Why could a NVA officer/general got this medal.Does anyone have an example off this medal that was given to a NVA member???
    Was it given without ore with rank,mine is without.
    I'm wonderd that these medals with award are so cheap now i have one.
    The medal is off very nice quality and design,so is the award.
