    Hit the Books....

    For those of you with the DDR published coffee table book Getreu dem Fahneneid, go to page 151. On the right hand side is a fuzzy photo of a bespectacled Oberfeldwebel. If you look closely at the photo, I think you can see the faint line of the top of a Klassifizierungsabzeichen. Above that is a oval badge that is too fuzzy to identify. Any guesses? Perhaps a Leistungsazeichen der NVA?
