Air Defense (Der Spiess) - looks okay to me.
Ribbon bar was washed out in the camera flash. It probably is okay also, given this particular warrant officer by rank served quite a long time.Michael D. GALLAGHER

You are probably correct. My color may now need adjustment now that my computer has been reloaded and is back up and running.
Thanks for making me aware of this.
Much appreciated.Michael D. GALLAGHER

Rückwärtige Dienste = Rear Services which included maintenance, supply, medical, transportation, etc... I didn't see it mentioned above, but this is also a Stabsoberfähnrich with the position of Hauptfeldwebel. It's a great complement to the recent thread on Hauptfeldwebel: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=390978
I have a para Fähnrich Hauptfeldwebel uniform is anyone is interested in seeing photos.Last edited by ehrentitle; 11-08-2009, 05:55 PM.

It tightens up everything and makes for a much sharper presentation when displayed on a hanger.

Patrick74, I hope you don't mind posting my uniform on your thread. Here is my para Fähnrich Hauptfeldwebel uniform. It has a date code of 2/P (2nd Qtr 1986) and is size g52-2.
and a closeup of the badges, I had my doubts about the GST leader badge, but it came with the uniform so I left it on:
