Help Looking for Material

To my fellow members who live in or near the former DDR i need some help from you if you guys don't mind. On the under side collar of the VoPo uniform there is a Blueish/Green wool. This comes very close to the WW2 police green on the Shako of that time. Can ANYONE help me in obtaining this material so that I can restore a WW2 one I have.
I know I'm going to be hearing from Victor on this one and most likely will have a visit from the Duty car.

Come on guys alot of you (31) have read this thread There's NO ONE over in Germany or Europe that can help me even with the name of the company thay made these ( if still around) to see if I can obtain a bolt of it.

I've got a WW2 german Police Shako that the moths got a hold of and eat off all off the wool covering. I want to restore it with wool instead of dying it and and putting a high gloss shine on it. The closes thing I've seen come very close to the original police blue/green color is what was used on the undside of the collar of the DDR police tunic. If by chance you can get some photos or a sample swatch of the West German fabric I'd be gratful.

OK here is a photo of a WW2 German police Shako with the wool in question as you can see it is very close to the wool color under the collar of a Mdi or VoPo tunic....
