    Is this Uniform Incorrect?

The following photo is taken from one of the well known vendor's sites. It is my understanding that if the soldier were ausgang he would be wearing regular low quarter shoes obviously without trousers tucked into boots. He also appears to be wearing the wrong color shirt. If he were in Parade uniform he would be wearing a helmet and belt. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

You are correct that for Ausgang the trousers would be worn with low quarter shoes. I also believe that EM ranks wore only gray shirts - even for Parade & Ausgang.

I think you are generally correct that EM ranks wore helmet & pants tucked into the boots for parade, but I can't say that this was 100% set in stone. I'd have to dig through my books to see if I can spot any exceptions.

I have never seen wool breeches. Has anyone?

These are advertised as wool breeches for enlisted ranks:

        Thank you Rev and Kirk,
Rev, I am hoping to arrive at a situation wear I can have trousers tucked into boots, wearing belt, and able to wear the headgear in the photo. Although I have a helmet, My neck is getting to frail to wear it for very long and I'm only 44 years young .
        Best Regards,
        Robert

I hope this will help :

The Grundwissen specifies that the relevant headgear to be worn with each order of dress is a matter for the commanding officer to decide. Having said this, it is more normal on parade to see the helmet being worn, but it is undoubtedly the case that in the first parade of 1956 the troops on foot wore the Schirmmütze whilst those on vehicles the Stahlhelm... This photograph is indeed the only instance I have found of officers wearing the Schirmmütze whilst carrying the sword.

The woollen breeches you refer to have puzzled me too. Given that they do not flare out as Stiefelhose normally do, I suspect that they are a pair of EM Fallschirmjäger trousers. These taper at the foot but in a straight fashion, and have an elasticated stirrup to go under the foot. They are meant to be worn tucked into the low ankle boots specific to the paratroopers like here:

            Thanks Matteo,
The three gents in the foreground appear to be EM. Post 1974 (open collar), pre 1982(cuff bars), Correct? The fellow holding the base of the flag pole between the two obvious officers has me a bit confused though.
Officer cord on Schirmmütze but no reprasentationschnur or brocade belt

                Thanks Mike,
I am unable to identify the rank insignia on the gentlemen in the foreground, or even if they are wearing wool or gaberdine. Can anyone see it more clearly than me?
                Best Regards,

I think they are all Soldat and from a glimpse at their trousers and boots, I would say that they are all wearing woollen uniforms with black belts etc. The Flag says something like Grenzkommandantur...

Walking-out : wool uniform, low shoes, black leather belt, grey shirt and tie, visor cap (beret for para).

Parade : wool uniform, boots, black leather belt, grey shirt and tie, helmet or visor cap.
