Here are some pictures of Treffen Generalsekretars des ZentralKomitees der SED und Vorsitzendes des Staatsrates der DDR mt verdienstvollen Genossen und Freunden.

This meeting was in 1984. These pictures come from the nachlass of mr Wili Barth which I aquired some years ago. One of them show mr Barth with Honecker.

I remember well the sale of Barth's awards but don't remember these pictures being part of the lot. Really great to have them with his awards. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Hello Volkbert - Good to see you again back on the forum. And some very nice who's who pictures. Even seeing the people it is interesting to look at further the high end medals that are being worn including the Friendship Star.

Thanks Ralph. My DDR collecting has been quiet for a while. But the Barth group has some nice things in it. Besides this clor pictures I also have some large format B/W pictures only there are packed now because we are going to move in september and in the meantime we must sell our house. Therefore I hid my entire collection
