early DVP Sport Badge Question

Hello

Can anyone tell me if there were different types/grades of this DVP Badge??I know about Meisternadel but As you can see from the Pic below,I have 2 different types of this particular Badge with different colours around the Police Star dark and bright
There is nothing mentioned about it in the Bartels Books.
I don't think that one of the colours is just faded over the Time,because I believe it is green enamel and it wouldn't fade out that much.

When I remember right, I saw them also in light blue and red, but dont ask me for the reason. Maybe they are for different ages or so.

Thanks for the Info

The Badge was in use only a short period from 1950 to 1953.
In 1953 they already changed the Badge to the SV Dynamo Sport Badge.
Its strange that nothing is mentioned about different colours,in the Bartels Book (#4511)

It would have make sence with 3 different Colours..like gold/silver/bronze.
But more than 3 different colours

Two very neat badges. These are not numbered are they? Were the DV Sportvereign badges authorized for wear on the police tunic? I have never seen a photograph of one in wear on the uniform, although I have seen the later sports badges worn on the left breast pocket instead of the right one.

No,they are not numbered. I would guess those Badges were authorized for wear on a darkblue DVP Tunic,as its a Membership Badge of the Police Sports Club. But I too haven't seen any Photo with the Badge in wear so far.

Maybe they have different colours for diff. sections, like shooting, sailing, boxing or so.
