Olivier - I find your book interesting that it is in a ring binder. Is this type of ring binder book common or rare?Somebody, after all, had to make a start. Normally the "Folder-Type" ones are the 1st Edition. It's the same with most of the others too. Like Para, Tank, Engineers etc. So because the normally destroyed them when they got the new Edition they're quite rare.
They kept only a few in the Storage for refference.
