    federal uniform help

    Guys,
whilst in Germany recently on holiday, I picked up a dress uniform for a Panzertruppe Feldwebel, along with some DDR and Soviet gear.
The insignia on the arm is intriguing me, and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a source of information.
The insignia is a shield on the left arm. The Shield is a blue field with gold trim. There are two cross moline in gold, and three white wave patterns below.
Any help would be gratefully received
    cheers

    Website to check out

I am not certain, but you may have a a Warrant Officer uniform with incorrect boards or ???? But, check out this web site. Although a dealer, the photos in the uniform section are very good for reference.

The patch you mention is for the West German 11. Panzergrenaderdivision

        Thanks guys,
now I know what the hell it is.
I assumed it was a feldwebel as there seems to be pin holes in a roughly triangular shape on the shoulder boards. But it could easily be another rank.
It is a nice jacket all the same, as usual, I cant resist buying something with a bit of colour on it. The label on the inside pocket says it was made by Hartmann and Ocker.
Just a little snug for me though, as I have put on about twenty pounds in weight in the last year.
        Thanks again for the advice.
