    Is this a military patch or one for a blazer/jacket

    What was this patch used for? It is on wool and the reverse does not glow under blacklight. Or is it for decoration on a jacket? Or am I in the wrong section.

      Totally wrong!
      Tirol is a county in austria.
      I think its a souvenir or maybe a shooting Patch.
      For sure it is a civillian one.
