Yes, I have read it. I borrowed it for the library a few months ago. I thought that it was very well done. Stories are all first hand as told to Anna. Some of the interviews are creepy to say the least. I recomend it.

Thanks for posting the book. Somehow, I've not here-to-fore heard of this one. It looks to be very interesting reading.

I will now have to see if my local bookstore can order a copy for me.
