DDR traffic police lolypop ?

It is hard to tell the time period of this stop stick. Look on the metal maker label on the handle and see where it was made and who made it. These have been used for a long time and the time period is difficult to determine. Also, the WWII style ones with an eagle & swastika in the center have been reproduced for years but I don't think the ones with clear centers have been repoped.

I would say, your "lolypop" is a post-war west german one. I have two in my collection, who look the same and who are definetly post war ones from my region.

Can you tell me, what the black label on the "lolypop" is saying.

Thank you for your answer... in fact it is not mine, just was for sale on ebay and listed as an east german one... this is why I asked... since I did not know I passed on it !!
