It's simple!
He told me that he had a sleepless night, and thought about a lot of dammaged things in the shop and then he told his Cap Taylor to make some Camo ones. I fixed it with a painted cocade and an old Generals Field Cap Cord, and that's the story of that Cap.
Hope You had a good laugh.

I have to say Nico, your friend's Taylor did a splendid job of making that Visor Cap. Very nicely constructed.

Is there any way to find out what sort of "damaged things" in your friend's shop were salvaged to make this cap with? I thought the Strichtarn looked slightly different when I first saw it, and indeed it matches the early '65 - '66 pattern that I had posted before. I sure hope whatever was chopped up doesn't turn out to be something relatively uncommon. Not that there are that many people out there who would actually care one way or the other...
Pretty believable cap, though, in a "rare early experimental" sort of way

He used a ripped Shelter Quarter for the Cap.
He sells them for 60.00 Euro's, so if anybody "Need" it to "complete" the collection, let me know. (Dont forget the size)
