Unknown Soviet Banner/Flag

Can anyone identify this Soviet banner/flag? It measures approximately 52.5” x 35”. What is the translation and when does it date from? Any help is appreciated!

With 16 ribbons in the crest this flag was used from mid 1946-1956 (these 16 represent the 16 Soviet Republics in that era).

Can't help with translation but is says the word Trud which means work so I assume some kind of workers flag, having achieved their targets.

These are not military flags, but flags of honorary awards of civilian enterprises. With such flags the workers went to demonstrations dedicated to 1 May.))
