    Soviet Shoulder Boards and Medals

I found these shoulder boards and medals while I was in Russia in a military shop.

I do not normally collect USSR militaria.
Can anybody tell me what they are?

The left medal is the Jubilee Medal "70 Years of the Armed Forces of the USSR:

The right medal is the Jubilee Medal "50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945":

The badge with the numeral 1 is a Military Proficiency badge, sadly with missing enamel. The small badge is a Komsomol badge. The boards are for a Captain (I believe) but the branch, denoted by the blue color, escapes me.

edit: added OP's image for clarity.

Captain is correct. Boards are for the white shirt worn with the parade uniform. From the photo, the blue seems to be the darker shade for State Security.

I see a Par of Air Force Boards.
The KGB ones are a bit darker, like on the No.1 Badge.

Yes, on the shoulder board blue, it 's the color of the Air Force

In addition, the ribbon mounted to the medal "70th anniversary of the Soviet armed forces" is wrong, we currently see the ribbon for "15 years of irreproachable service".

Good eyes Patrik, I didn't even notice that.

On the Shirt Boards they usually used the Branch Insignia that you can see if it's for an Air Force or Para for example. So this one will be worn over the Top Star.
