Eastern Bloc pouch ID pse

Posting for a friend, I thought it Eastern Bloc but only a guess. No markings apart from what is shown. Approx 8" x 8" x 4" with a shoulder strap, belt loop and internal compartment which could take a CBRN filter.

yes Swiss gasmask bag for the GM33 and GM53, issued until at least 70s. Of course most common to find is post-WW2 production.
