    Liberation of Warsaw

    Hi guys,

One more for today, Liberation of Warsaw. Appears to be a Type 1 with separately soldered eyelet for the medal. The suspension is an early 2-piece, but the ring has been cut and the ribbon is very clean, certainly not the original.

Nicely detailed medal, I really like the design of this one with the rays emenating from the star at the bottom, very similar to the Prague medal.

    Thanks for looking.

Once again spot on with your opinion These Warshaw medals almost always have their ribbons replaced for some reason.
