- Jubilee medal 20 years anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War
- Jubilee medal 30 years anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War
- For capture of Berlin medal, 1st variant
- For Liberation of Prague medal, 1st variant
- Veteran of the armed forces medal
- Jubilee medal 50 years anniversary of the armed forces

Looks like it is a rather recent put together bar, still unworn.

By itself it would not be worn like this, but to me it seems this bar was part of a larger set where the row before included medal for victory over germany, combat awards etc. Agreed though that it looks unworn and recently mounted.
