Polish Airforce breast badge

What time frame is this Polish (aircrew related?) AF breast badge?
Came in with an East German insignia lot...
Would the propellers indicate (pre) WW2 era?
Typical Eastern European threaded post attachment...

I've been looking but haven't found anything, yet. Leaning towards post '45 but that's just a wild guess.

It's been identified by somebody from Poland as an NCO aviation school badge from the 1930's
(2nd Polish Republic) "Szkoła Podoficerów Lotnictwa Dla Małoletnich"
