Yugoslavian Regimental Flag?

It seems like the next step would be investigating it in person and seeing what I find, it's coming from Bosnia so it will take a while but I'll post an update when it gets here with what I find. Thanks for the help

Update

I finally got the flag in the mail and took some close ups of the construction. There is definitely evidence of mounting to a pole and from both experience I concluded that the material was either cotton or linen, both natural fibers with no synthetics. There is a gray almost clay like substance on the flag that is hard and cracking off. Any new ideas on what that could be or if the Standard is authentic or not? Thanks!

Thanks for the help! Glad to hear you think that it’s real. I talked to some other people who collect Yugoslavian stuff and they all thought it was real as well. I plan on contacting the Belgrade Military Museum to see what they say but if anything it’s definitely a very cool looking flag. Thanks again!
