The poster was written by artist Dmitry Moore in June 1920, during the civil war in Russia.

[Marcel Banziger]

Poster is marked RSFSR (Росси́йская Сове́тская Федерати́вная Социалисти́ческая Республика - Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) so would date from 1917 to 1922.
Can't say if original, these are printed in large numbers over the last years, made to look old as if original from the late 10's early 20's.
