I believe that OGII is originally an OGIII.
The obverse shows signs of wear, but the gold is intact, and the reverse side the numbers on the back look ground off or filled in.
Anyone else?

Seeing the reverse it brings questions indeed. The serial # looks like it is messed with and it appears to originally have been a 4 digit or perhaps even a 5 or 6 digit serial #.
The close-up also shows that the higher laying parts on the obverse are gold while the lower laying parts are just silver (very obvious on the 1 'o clock and 8 'o clock position on the center medaillion) and these are not the places where the gold would wear off first.
The OGIII is good but has a replaced suspension (which is common).Comment
