It is not called the "Army of Romania" at all. It is the Romanian Ground Forces (Fortele Terestre Romane): http://www.forter.ro/

I suggest you have a search on internet.You can get some info and pics on for the flags.I have some pics of flags in my PC,but my computer is not running ........
