Russian WW2 Cadet uniform?

What is this uniform? Is it a cadet uniform from 1941?
HOWEVER it lacks collar and cuff piping.....but it is stamped 1941?

Or is it a 1950's Mundir, because it lacks branch piping...
(with a fake stamp added?)
The buttons are steel war time....and appear to be original applications....Thoughts?
