Thoughts on this M45 Parade Mundir Armored branch?

I got it for $300 (+ postage) from another collector here in California. If the shoulderboards are repro,
(a chance I took) I think I still did OK. The stamped metal collar bars and cuff litzen would indicate post WW2,
so M46 shoulder boards would really be more appropriate...
Thoughts on the base tunic?
