These are not militaria but they are about as Communistic as it gets.

Believe they are lead. A few on Ebay but very few.

Stalin
Brezhnev
Gorbachev

Is the white haired one Khrushchev, Andropov or Chernenko?

Not really my thing but still came home with me. Has anyone seen these before?

Those are indeed lead, and #4 is actually Yeltsin. You can tell by the missing thumb and index finger on the left hand which came about from playing with a grenade during WWII. Nice attention to detail.
