    Soviet Pins, comments and Help

    Hello,
These are some Soviet items a friend who is passed wife wants to sell.
I need to know if there is any value to these as a lot.

Also thought you folks would like to see them. I have no idea of meaning or potential value.

    Thanks
    Rich

Top center is a Soviet Navy long service badge; pretty common. Below that is, I think, a Communist country airforce "wing". Bottom left is DDR. Many of the rest look commercial, commemorative or paramilitary from various Eastern Bloc countries.
    Thanks,
    Eric Gaumann

      Rich,

There is very little value in this lot. Unfortunate, for the widow. I would suggest you post these pictures on the Communist sub forum for a better idea of the value of these badges etc. Or, I can move it there for you.

      Regards,

      Gordon

        Gordon,
Can you move these to the sub forum. I just need to sell them for my friend.
        Are they worth 100.00?
        Regards Rich

Unfortunately at this stand there is nothing valuable at all. All objects of the period of the late USSR. Just a set of various, not connected among themselves objects. At the stand there are a cockarde and a buckle of a belt of the soldier of the Soviet army, a cockarde of the employee of the railroad and much various badges of level of flea market

There's not really value in there. These are for sale en masse on E-bay for very little money. You will never get $ 100 for these. Not even half that amount in fact.

First, let me express my regrets for your friend.

Saddly, you show only cheap artefacts: the belt buckle is a nice but common piece. Others are common civilian pins which are expensively priced at 1 or 2 usd on ebay. I also see two DDR badges, maybe priced between 5 and 10, a soviet railways visor cap badge and an air force wings. Still common stuff at 5 usd in a good sunny day.

I would be interested with the 2 badges at the upper left of the frame, they are from the communist youth.

If you feel free to sell these two ones, please PM me.

Now for sale on the e-stand, all for $ 100. Actual value, not even $ 25-30

The best item there is the belt-buckle. It may fetch about 15 dollars. The rest, I think you will have difficulty selling at any price. You should take the advice above and jump on those offers on the separate pieces.

                  Good luck...

                    That's a pity.

I maintain my bid abut the two small Lenin pins at the upper right.

With such an expensive attempt those pins will stay a long time.....
