Request for Translation Help: 2 Soviet Flags

I would be grateful for help in translating these two Soviet flags.
One is a DOSSAF flag while the other is Komsomol.
I am assuming that the writing above Lenin's head on each flag is "Workers of the World Unite"?
    Thanks for any assistance!

Very nice flags. Think the 1st one is from a Latvian kolchoz.

Ditto. Using this link for their cyrillic letter keyboard,
переходяшее знамя = the passing banner,
the translation accomplished via a link2 web site entry.
i.e., a transitory award flag, acquired through competition.

Yup, the writing above Lenin's head is in fact "Workers of the World, Unite!" (пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь).

The writing below the head (центральный комитет влксм) means "central committee of the VLKSM (Komsomol)

On the reverse side, "районной комсомольской организаций победителю всесоюзного смотра технической и профессионального мастерства сельской молодежи" roughly translates to "regional Komsomol winner of the All-Union show of technical and professional skills of rural youth"

My Russian isn't great, and I had to use online translation for some words, and any improvements would be welcome!

                First flag, first party
Unfortunately some words are absent in English and it is difficult to translate them
                - Proletarians of all countries unite! (Slogan of world International)
                - For our Soviet Homeland!
                First flag, second party
                - Central committee of DOSAAF of the Latvian SSR
(DOSAAF is the Soviet youth organization which trained teenagers for service in the Soviet Army, like scouts)
On the center the emblem of DOSAAF is located (close translation - volunteer society of assistance of army, aircraft and to the fleet)
                The inscription is given below
                - the best first DOSAAF organization of collective farm (state farm) of the Latvian SSR
The banner was handed as a prize of the best organization DOSAAF following the results of a year

The second flag, also is prize for the best organization of Komsomol of any area (territorial division in the Soviet Union)
The first party was already translated, conditional transfer of the second party of a flag:
                  - To the regional Komsomol organization, the winner all-Union (the word isn't translated) a review of technical training and professional skill for youth of the village.
Both flags of the period of the end 70, middle of the 80th years of the 20th century.
