With faith in God For liberty or death. Serbian Chetniks. From the looks of it, modern -early 90s.. I’d guess Yugoslav wars of independence when Croatia was leaving.

I agree. They still make them. So this one can be newer then civil war time

They still make them today for the Tourists, also saw them in different Colur Backgrounds.
