    Soviet Shoulderboards branch?

    I realize these are post war. Which branch? State security administration?

    The backs...Can somebody comment on the tags?
    Would these be appropriate for a 1955 dated Gymnasterka? Is one of these numbers a date?

            No, these are Railway Ministry isignia.
            But your shoulderboard belong to military officer - serviceman of Ministry of Defense.
            There is a difference between military and civil traffic.

                Thanks for clarifying. I have a set of those dark green backed civilian (train) boards too. So the blue backed transport ones (which started this thread)
                are for a military officer in the traffic troops! Great! Exactly what I wanted!
