Boarder Guard Aviation Officer - Date unknown

If anyone could help me date this uniform that would be appreciated. It has 2 caps, 1 visor and 1 overseas cap as well as the breeches. I am unsure of then this unit was formed and when they wore this uniform.

I discovered this uniform was used from 1935 thru 1942 per the Red Army Air Force archives.
