Can anybody tell me, when the design of the Medal was changed?
I have this one with an X for 10 Years, in the Net I find Medals in bronze, silver & gold without numerals.
For sure I have some more questions later.

What Era I can expect for these 2 Virtuti Militari.

Hello, about the long-service medal "armed forces in service of motherland", this is the un-coroned eagle version produced between 1951 and 1992.

In 1951, three classes: gold 15 years, silver 10 years, bronze 5 years.
In 1960: gold 25 years (never awarded), silver 15 years, bronze 5 years.
In 1968: gold 20 years, silver 10 years, bronze 5 years.

Following W. Stella's book, it could be a 1968 variation (the "X" nearly touches the rim of the oval medaillon).

About the Virtuti Militari, it is a complex subject, and a widely faked medal. It has been awarded in small quantities and is expenseive ( circa 1000 euros for a 5th class).
Yours look like post-1992 variations.
