Soviet Navy Dagger Belts

I know of 3 different types of the black navy dagger belts.

1. Smiling Lion(instituted I think in 1940)
2. Angry Lion
3. Anchor Type

Can someone tell me what the approximate time periods of use are for the 3 different types please?

"Sad lions" type belts are before 1945.
"Angry lions" are 1945 type, and "Anchors" are, I think, 1958 type.
