Soviet Award Book - What am I looking at?

After spending several minutes trying to figure this out on my own, am asking someone who already knows to fill me in.

    Award booklet...

I'll take a stab at what the awards are:

    1. Red Star, date indicates awarded in 1948
    2. Medal for Combat Service, 1946+
    3. Order of the Red Banner, 1953

Not a 100% on this, tackled it for practice. I would wait for others.

        Isn't it Kazevich?

Red Star is indeed a long service award from 1950 (according to the list I have with real awards versus long service awards).

Sure, it's my mistake - Kazevich.
