A Question on This Czech Communist Badge

Apparently this was an award badge of the "Svazarm", the Czech equivalent of the Soviet DOSAAF paramilitary organization, which trained civilians for military preparedness.

This is a beautiful large badge. It is multi-piece and heavy, with riveted construction. It is serial numbered on the reverse.

Can anyone help me with a translation of the Czech language on the lower ribbon of the badge: "ZA OBE TAVOU PRACI"
