The placing and way of stitching near the edges. The hooks near the corners. This is all different than the ones I've seen.
There are of course tons and tons of variations like with all Soviel field gear and therefor I am not certain myself about this one.
Full pics front and back of this one folded out completely will show more signs of good or bad.

Pictures do not put the piece in value, however, this is not a Palatka more like a Nakidka for officer .
