regarding russian /soviet items. I would like to know your opinion about this holster... Is this for Nagant pistol or other kind of gun. Please advice...

Is the under the flap pouch designed for 14 cartridges.. IF no cartridge spacers ,then it is for the Automatic pistol TT33..............Bill

This is a typical wartime universal holster for both the Nagant Revolver and the TT33 Automatic. It has an undivided but horizontal ammo pouch under the flap so that it can hold either loose rounds or a spare clip. Also the pistol pocket is cut fairly generous to easily accept both pistols.

If you have not purchased this item yet, I might opt to pass. Mint, unissued examples of this holster are fairly easy to come by...both set up for belt wear or shoulder slings.
