    Tunic and oversea cap identification

    Hi guy just catch this tunic at the flea market ..can you help identifying it ..oversea cap too ?

    Sidecap isn't Soviet.
    Tunic is fantazy item - enlisted man tunic with colonel shoullderboards, tank troops officer tabs and civil vet medal on the wrong side.

      Would make a nice restoration project, you need EM shoulderboards and a sleeve patch. I have a lot, let me know and I can offer cheap.

        If I'm looking at the stamp correctly it's dated to 1988?

          88 or 80 - there is written "god izgotovljenija" - "year of production" - the last textual row above maintainance simbols. It was made in Bobrujsk factory named after F. Dzerzhinsky.

          The big number 88 is associated with GOST (state standard). I'm not usre how these numbers were generated.
