    Unknown boarder guard badge...

    I've had this badge for over 20 years and I cannot find any information on it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

      My guess is simply a general, Borders Guards 50th anniversary Znachok. The quality of the badge fits into the 70s which would match that timeline.

            50th Anniversary of the 63th Birobidjan Border Unit (created 20th December 1933).
            Red Banner Far East Border District.
            This is one of the 2 variations of the insignia,the most commonly encountered actually.
