    WW2 Soviet notebook/diary.

Hi Guys, here is another little item from my collection. I purchased this last year. The front cover caught my eye as it had a Parachute insignia embossed on the front. Came from the same friend as the NKVD id I posted yesterday.

It would appear to have belonged to someone who was in some minor authority as the days work is listed in timetable form over a number of weeks.

The book would later appear to have been used by a German, maybe taken form a prisoner or worse? As there are some names and addresses written in it in German script.

Any comments would be very welcome

    Cheers, Ade.

Maybe this book was sold by the sports parachute section of the Osoaviakhim?

I have skipped a few pages now as they are all pretty much the same format. Different entry.

Some other German entries. Including a name and address which is the vertical entry and is a lady's name.

                            Last one.

Anything that you can add would be most welcome, as my Russian is very poor.

                            Thanks for looking.

It is the diary/work log of a Soviet JR LT in an artillery unit in March 1941 based on the info you've posted. What the German is or why it's in there - guete frage.
