    Soviet ribbon set...your opinions?

I would appreciate your opinions on this Soviet ribbon "rack". Does this make sense as a grouping? It looks to me like the Lenin Centenary Medal is between ribbons for multiple Orders of Lenin.
    Is that possible?
How about the rest? Any anamolies that jump out at you?
    I really appreciate your opinions!
    Thanks!

    Oooo for a bloofing smilie!!!!

1970 Lenin Centennial among ORDERS of Lenin

Waaaaay too many exotic and mixed-classes WW2 Orders

Think anyone will notice being strrrrrretched with all those MMMs?

SIX Captures/Liberations (in scrambled chronological order)... "busy" comrade!

1958 before 1948... 1978 before 1968... maybe poor old Since 1918 was senile?

Annnnnnnnnnd 1958's 20, 15, and 10 years long service medals, which NO veteran since 1918 got-- since ALREADY held the ORDERS for long service given out 1944-57.

    bleeagh

They are always just so GREEDY to pad things out.... 10 gallons of xxxx in a 5 gallon hat.

Thats what I don't understand with these things, it wouldnt cost them any more to put together proper groups with a little work.

Does that mean they don't actually know anything about the subject and just have some odds and sods rather than access to all the ribbons?

On the other hand, the order of precadence is never wrong on these sets though is it?

I have to say that to me personally, I'd be happy with a well put together, consistent "recreated" set - I'm not actually that bothered about things being grouped together by genuine Soviet workers hands, only that the components are Soviet made and assembled in the correct way - same goes for uniforms with insignia. However, I appreciate most of you only want 100% original assembled pieces.

        Bill,

I agree with Rick. this is a purely (and badly) made-up fruit salad !!!

        Cheers.
