Found this Badge while sorting old Boxes and wanted to ID it.
some sources say it's the large Badge to mount on Flags for Unit Awards and there is also a small Badge for individual Persons Awards.
Is this right and is there some Picture Evidence for this?

You are correct, this badge is not for a person to wear but for a unit/organization to display. Could be on a flag but usually just somewhere on a board for everyone to see.
