Hi Gerd,

Yeah it is a long wait for that book but well worth it - it was out of print when I tried the publishers (they thoughtfully waited 3 months to tell me that!), but Atlantic Crossroads still have some copies.

The book is a beauty, definitely the best of its kind I have seen, but like I said it whets the appetite for new purchases !
