Does anybody know what is this and from which country is it ? Thanks for any help.

VPCP... I think its from Vietnam. But can't tell you exactly what it is., I mean wich units badge it is or wich award.

Letters are Cyrillic, language is Ukrainian. URSR - Ukrains'ka Radyan'ska Sotsialistychna Respublika - Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.

It looks like a "V", but look closely...it's actually a "Y", which is "U" in english.

Not really a "V", but more exactly a "y", corresponding in fact to a "U" in our occidental alphabet.

Well the badge is not Vietnamese, but VPCP is a Viet organisation. My mistake was to don't consider cyrillic and search with our alphabet.
